Calendar - Worship Services

Worship in person or online at 10:00 am Sundays The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated at each Sunday worship service God gathers us together in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, the name into which we were baptized. He gathers us to receive His gifts—Himself, His name, His flesh and blood Son, His Word of pardon and peace, His life, His grace and Spirit. In the Divine Service He distributes these gifts to us. Here we receive the forgiveness of sins, life, and salvation Christ won for us on the cross. God calls and gathers us into His holy Christian church where we have communion with Him and all His saints in heaven and on earth. Heaven and earth intersect in the Divine Service. Blessed on Purpose - What You Can Do

There are many needs in the world. Even our small response, given in love, can make a difference!

You can bless your neighbors in Chilliwack

Through our partnership with other organizations in downtown Chilliwack you can make life a little easier for struggling individuals and families.

Families with young children are often most at risk for food insecurity during these troubling times. The Chilliwack Community Cupboard is a volunteer organization that provides food, clothing and other supports for families with children in Chilliwack. Diapers are one of the most pressing needs. You can drop off diapers at the church or, we will use your donations to our Local Relief Fund to purchase diapers on your behalf for the Community Cupboard.

You can bless those who long to hear the Good News

Concordia Lutheran Mission Society has adopted some exciting Mission Projects for 2025. You can be assured that 100% of your donation goes to the project you choose to support . For more details or ...

Volunteer Vacancies

Blessed to Serve

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We have only a small paid staff, relying instead on our many members who serve the Lord by serving our church and our community. From time to time we have vacancies in these important roles. For information about how you can bless others through our ministry please contact the church office at [email protected] or 604-792-9577.

Feeling Techy? ... We could use your tech skills in our media program. We are looking for someone to join the team of Media Shout presenters, operating the system that projects the worship service onto the screen in the sanctuary.

We also need at least one more person to operate our worship streaming system. This involves operating the cameras and the broadcast console during the worship service.

If you would like to learn more about these positions, please contact the church office.

Meet our Pastor

Dead but now alive? No way!

Those who believe in and follow the man named Jesus of Nazareth have, since the beginning of April, been celebrating the pinnacle of his 33 years of life. That pinnacle was his death upon a Roman cross and three days later, just as he said he would, he rose from the dead.

Most in the world say "dream on" and it might very well look as such if it were only his followers and eye witnesses who claimed these events. But such is not the case and nor has it been for the past 2000 yrs.

Along with those who loved him were those who hated him and hatched a plan to hand him over to the Roman governor to be crucified. We learn what happened to him not only from his eye witness followers who wrote these accounts for all in the Bible, but also from his enemies who wrote of his death and also of the fact that he was seen alive by many after his coming back to life. And it gets even more interesting because Roman historians also wrote of the man named Jesus of Nazareth having been ...
